Instructions
The Housing Authority of the City of Baldwin Park (HACBP) will open its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Waiting List for online pre-applications beginning at 8:00 AM PST on Monday, July 6, 2026. The waiting list will close promptly at 5:00 PM PST on Monday, July 27, 2026.
- Eligibility: HACBP
does not consider anyone ineligible for the waiting list. Final
eligibility will be verified when a family is selected.
- Applications: Only one application
per household is allowed. Duplicate applications will not be
accepted.
- Email
Requirement: A valid email address is required. If you do not
have one, you will have the option to create one.
- Information
Needed: Please have the following details for all family members:
- Household
income
- Social
Security numbers
- Dates
of birth
- Full
legal names
Submitting a pre-application does not guarantee placement on the waiting list. Due to limited funding, applications will be selected through a random lottery system. The date and time of submission do not affect your chances. Those selected from the lottery will be placed on the waiting list and be sent a confirmation correspondence within one month of the list closing.
La Autoridad de Vivienda de la Ciudad de Baldwin Park (HACBP) abrirá su Lista de Espera del Programa de Vales de Elección de Vivienda (HCV) para recibir solicitudes preliminares en línea a partir de las 8:00 AM PST del lunes 6 de julio de 2026. La lista de espera cerrará puntualmente a las 5:00 PM PST del lunes 27 de julio de 2026.
- Elegibilidad: HACBP no considera a nadie inelegible para la lista de espera. La elegibilidad final se verificará cuando se seleccione a una familia.

Enviar una solicitud preliminar no garantiza la inclusión en la lista de espera. Debido a la limitación de fondos, las solicitudes se seleccionarán mediante un sistema de sorteo al azar. La fecha y hora de envío no afectan sus posibilidades. Los seleccionados de la lotería serán colocados en la lista de espera y recibirán una correspondencia de confirmación dentro de un mes después del cierre de la lista.
