Communities will begin accepting pre-applications for Studio Apartments ONLY at BLT Norwalk, CT. The enrollment period will begin on
Thursday, November 14th , 2024, at 8:00am and will close upon receipt of the first 100 applications. Applications will be accepted on a "first come-first serve" basis with priority for any/all applicable preferences.

Only one
pre-application per family will be accepted; duplicate pre-applications will be
disqualified. After you have successfully applied, you should save the
confirmation which appears on the last page of the process.
