An application does not guarantee placement on a waitlist. Your waitlist status will be determined using specific preference requirements.
If you move after submitting the preliminary application, it is your responsibility to log in to Assistance Connect and make the necessary changes. You will need your PIN that was mailed to you. Log in here: www.assistancecheck.com/
If we are unable to contact you at the address provided, you will be removed from the Waiting List.
You will be required to provide social security numbers for each household member. Please have those available before continuing.
Original birth certificates and social security cards will be required to be shown when you reach the top of the list. If you do not have them for each household member, apply for them NOW!
Applications will take at least 24 hours before being received by the Muscatine Municipal Housing Agency.
