The Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) will be accepting applications online at www.waitlistcheck.com/MN2696 for its ONE BEDROOM only Public Housing waiting list beginning at 8am on Monday, January 29 2024 until 4pm Wednesday, January 31 2024. The HRA does not administer the Housing Choice Voucher program (Section 8). The HRA is ONLY accepting application for the Public Housing program.
Applications will not be available in the HRA office or by phone, and fax requests will not be accepted. To qualify, annual gross household income cannot exceed: One Person Household $66,300 or Two Person Household income of $75,750.
If you change your mailing address, you must inform the HRA in writing at Hopkins HRA 22 5th Ave South Hopkins, Minnesota 55343. If the HRA is unable to reach you through mail, your application will be removed from the wait list.
