To better serve you, we request that you read the details provided for each waiting list. Some lists apply only to senior citizens and have special eligibility requirements. If you are interested in applying for housing at Bayview Place and Bayview Place Market Rate, please note there is a mandatory, non-refundable $35.00 Application Fee for each separate list. This fee must be received within 10 calendar days from your application date, or the application will be withdrawn. There are no application fees required for the other waiting lists available.

You may proceed to the Pre-Application page once you decide which list suits your housing needs. Pre-Applications will not be accepted at the BHA Office. You must apply online.

Waiting Lists - Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older to apply for housing on these waiting lists

Affordable Communities - Section 8 Project Based Program Waiting List - EFFECTIVE APRIL 13, 2025, LIST CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Beauvoir Pass - Beauvoir Pass (PBV) Waiting List - EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 3, 2024, LIST CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Bayview Place - Bayview Place Waiting List (Income Based ONLY) - EFFECTIVE APRIL 13, 2025, LIST CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Send a non-refundable application fee by Money Order in the amount of $35.00, payable to the Biloxi Housing Authority to P.O. Box 447, Biloxi, MS 39533-0447. Attention: Bayview Place Community Manager -or- hand deliver to the Bayview Place Office Dropbox located at 449 Dr. Gilbert Mason Drive, Biloxi, MS 39530.

Bayview Place Market - Bayview Place Market Waiting List (All Rents are based on a Flat Rent Rate, and not on Family Income.) - LIST IS CURRENTLY CLOSED.

Send a non-refundable application fee by Money Order in the amount of $35.00, payable to the Biloxi Housing Authority to P.O. Box 447, Biloxi, MS 39533-0447. Tenant Based Vouchers - Section 8 Tenant Based Program Waiting List - EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 22, 2024, LIST CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Must be a minimum of 50 years of age or more to apply for housing on the following waiting lists

Senior Communities - Senior RAD/PBV Waiting List - EFFECTIVE APRIL 13, 2025, LIST CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Seashore Oaks Market - Seashore Oaks Market Waiting List - LIST IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. 

Seashore Oaks Assisted Living Facility- Seashore Assisted Living Waiting List (Special eligibility requirements - Applicants will be assessed by Pavilion Health Services to determine individual needs and eligibility for the assisted living program). 

Cadet Point - Cadet Point Waiting List - Must be a minimum of 62 years of age or more to apply for housing on this waiting list. - EFFECTIVE APRIL 13, 2025, LIST CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

We ask that you do not call the Office to check on your status. Once you have completed the online pre-application you will be contacted by Biloxi Housing Authority for a formal application appointment to determine eligibility for housing assistance. Before you begin, please make sure you have the following information on hand.

• Names, Date of Birth, Social Security Numbers for all family members
• Income information for all adult family members age 18 and older
