Thank you for your interest in Ashton Place, a new 51 unit smoke-free senior apartment community (ages 55+).

An email address will be used for application correspondence. If you do not have an email address, the application process will allow you to create a free Google Gmail account.
Language assistance: If you need assistance in another language, Google Translate will assist you during the application process.
How to Apply: You must complete and submit this online pre-application. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation which you may print for your records.
Eligibility: Applicants must meet income and eligibility requirements. At least one member of each household must be 55 years of age or older in order to qualify. Households where all members are full-time students must meet certain conditions for eligibility in accordance with the Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
The Tenant Selection Plan (TSP) provides additional application requirements that need to be met which can be accessed at:

Rents not including utilities (rents are not based on income):
- Rents for efficiency units range from $450-$860
- Rents for 1 bedroom units range from $475 -$945
- Rents for 2 bedroom units range from $ 565 - $1105
