Thank you for your interest in the Southampton Attainable Housing Program (AHP). The Southampton Housing Authority (TSHA), is establishing a waiting list of Town residents interested in purchasing or renting attainable housing opportunities within the Town of Southampton as they may become available. The options include both senior age restricted units and non-age restricted units. All units have income restrictions.
Applicant(s) must meet all program eligibility requirements for the specific program, including qualifying for a mortgage, if applicable. Prices and rents are capped by the Town of Southampton.
The TSHA complies with all Fair Housing laws and requirements. If you are interested in being placed on the wait list for attainable housing, please complete this application.
Print out a copy of the Application--this is your record of date and time as well as your application ID number. Also, forward a copy of your application receipt and preliminary application to khummel@southamptonha.org or via fax 631-714-6140.
Please note, the applicant will be considered the head of household.
