Columbia Housing will accept online pre-applications for Hammond Village on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 @ 8:00am until Thursday, May 15, 2025 @ 5:00pm. Hammond Village is located at 921 Marlboro St. Columbia, SC 29201. The community consists of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units.
All completed pre-applications will be accepted but only qualifying pre-applications will be eligible.
Up to 200 eligible applicants will be randomly selected using a computer generated lottery system for placement on the wait list for Hammond Village.
