Columbia Housing will accept
pre-applications for Fair Street Apartments, starting Monday, January 26, 2026, and continuing until further
notice.
All applicants must be at
least 50 years old.
Please note that completing
a pre-application does not guarantee placement on the waitlist, and not all
applicants will be eligible for consideration. The final waitlist will be
determined by a lottery system. Applicants who are not selected in the lottery
will not move forward in the process. Those who are selected will be notified
by mail.
The
results of the lottery are final and cannot be appealed. Households not
selected for this waitlist may reapply when the waitlist opens again.
Information regarding future waitlist openings, including the date, time, and
location, will be posted in advance on this website: columbiahousingsc.org.
To
check your status, applicants can verify their waitlist status by logging in
with their user ID and password at www.waitlistcheck.com. Please remember your
unique code and password.
A
