This is a site specific 1 bedroom waiting list for the Sandy Oaks rental units located in Nacogdoches, TX. The head of household or spouse must be 62 or older or must be handicapped or disabled. The maximum family sizes is two persons. Families that do not meet these requirements will not be placed on this list. Rent will be based on the family's income. The income at admission must be at or below 50% of the median income for the family's size for Nacogdoches County Texas.
There are no fees associated with applying to the list and any websites requesting a fee in order to apply are not legitimate and not related to the Housing Authority.
