Instructions

Welcome! Completing the online application is the first step to get your name on the waiting list for properties we own and manage. After reading the instructions below, click "Get Started." On the Wait List Check webpage, click "Register Now" for a new username and password. This allows you to return to our Wait List Check webpage to login independently and manage your application, including updating your contact information and other changes.

If you need help completing the housing application, please contact our office at 715-537-5344 and dial Extension 1 or 3 to schedule an appointment over the telephone.

The Barron County Housing Authority updates the wait list every six months. The primary method of contact by the Housing Authority is mail via the US Postal Service, including to offer an available unit. Communications may be emailed to you regarding your interest in remaining on the wait list. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and application up to date. When your application reaches the top of the waiting list, we will send a letter to you at the mailing address you list here. If you do not respond to the letter within ten business days, your application will be removed from the list.
