Appleton Housing Authority is accepting applications for the Riverwalk Place. Riverwalk Place is an elderly 62 or older complex. http://www.appletonhousing.org/riverwalk/
All information given on the application will be verified by the AHA when an applicant reaches the top of the waiting list.
Maximum income levels based on family size are as follows:
- 1 Person - $27,300
- 2 Persons - $31,200
Only one application per family will be accepted.
The following information will be needed to complete this application:
- Date of birth for all applicants
- Social Security numbers
- Legal address of current residence
- Gross Income Information (i.e. - wages, child support, social security benefits, etc)
After you have successfully applied, you should print the confirmation of application that appears on the last page of the process. You may also receive a confirmation via email if an email address is provided. If you do not have an e-mail account, you will have the opportunity to create one while completing the application.
