The City of Clinton, Iowa Housing Authority is currently accepting applications for the Section 8 HCV program and the Public Housing program. Applications may be picked up in person at the Housing Authority office during regular business hours. Completed applications will be accepted in person at the Housing Authority office during regular business hours. Completed applications must be signed by both the Head of Household and Cohead (if applicable) and will only be accepted from the Head of Household or Cohead. The person turning in the completed application must present a valid state/government issued photo ID. Applicants will receive information on applying for housing assistance with the application.
